Delivery

We ship across Argentina through trusted courier partners. The cost and delivery time are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your address's postal code (CPA).

Delivery options: • Courier to your door — delivery to the address you provide. • Pickup point — collect your parcel at the nearest partner branch.

Delivery times: • Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires (AMBA): 1–3 business days. • Other provinces: 3–7 business days.

Shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of your order and your region. You'll see the exact amount in your cart before payment. Orders above a certain amount ship for free.

Tracking: once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Damage or shortage: if your parcel arrives damaged, note it on delivery and contact us within 48 hours — we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
